Please read the following returns policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Heartsing Pty Ltd does not provide change of mind returns for any products.

 

If the goods that arrive have escaped our quality control team,  we can arrange a refund or exchange for you.

Our timber prints are a unique product, each with their own individual variation, patterning and colour. No exchanges with timber prints are accepted for variations of the natural timber, exchanges will only occur if the item is defective and will be at the discretion of Heartsing Pty Ltd.

We only refund for defective or damaged items. The method of payment will be the same used for the purchase.

Refunds can only be made within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Contact us within 14 days at info@heartsing.com.au giving us your order number and reasons for wanting a refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first emailing us.

Once your email has been received, we will notify you of the next steps.

Note, postage charges for returned goods are at your expense. We recommend using a trackable postage service as we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. All goods must be unused and in their original packaging. with your invoice.

Once your goods have been returned, we will notify you by email that your return has been received.

After inspection we will notify you if your return has been approved or rejected.

Please note however, where we believe the goods were misused or there has been a failure to take reasonable care of the goods

we will reject your claim. 

​

To make an exchange for an item that is deemed to be faulty, we can send you a replacement item at no additional postage cost to you. 

​

Please note we DO NOT accept returns for international orders.
